The inspection paper shows "Vehicle body" in details using by these "Special" keywords.To show a lot informations on precisely, briefly, these abbreviation keyword help you to understand more clearly about the vehicle body conditions.

There are a slight difference between Auctions(For ex, USS use "U" as dent, but JU use "B" as dent), so We will send the Keyword text file when you are new in bidding japanese auction, do not worry, We help you.

This is the actual auction "Translated" sheet which we provide only the custmers who use our online auction service.The japanese words are translated into "English" by us, and with our "Comments".
(This translation paper is available only when you paid "Deposit" already, and we confirmed it) , if you prefer "Verbal explanations", No problems. We give you a phone call and explain it.

After send this paper, Custmer like the car, We go to auctions, then inspect the car in front of it, check the difference between the "information" and "Actual condition". The mechanical problems are generally "Not written in details, except serious problems", so We check it in details for you.

We double check "Lack of informations" between the cars, trucks and the auction paper, then report you.
You can avoid "Risk" to bid on no good cars, trucks.

After We have the auction deposit from custmer, We give a "PW and ID" , gateway of the JAC Auction page which has total 60auction houses, 150,000Cars data MON thru Sun you can see freely.

You can check the Car data every day easily, and send us auctions name, lot number quickly when you'd like to bid it. Once we have the target car number, auction name, We response you the details as soon as possible, time saving for custmer and us.

You send us "Enquiry Form" at first, then We contact you via e-mail within 48hours. We send "Roughly F.O.B or C.I.F. price range for the target car you enquired at us.

Before you bidding the cars through us, You have to send the auction deposit by T/T or PAY-PAL.
The minimum required deposit amount is see the "Minimum required deposit Table", depends on Bidding amount.

*Before you send your money, We send the proforma invoice & Our ID documents.

After you send the deposit to us By T/T, we confirm the amount at our bank or PAYPAL account immediately. Please select your car in the USS Auction site, then send the car info to us, just click on the "Contact" in the Car detail page.

We provide the car informations, price guidance only to the custmers who have paid the deposit to us. After we send the info, Let us know your bidding amount by E-mail before auction time. Before bidding the car, We inspect the car at there by our stuff, then contact you by phone "Bid or not".

When the bidding is successful, We report you the result by E-mail or Phone call immediately, then send the invoice for the balance. The rest amount=The balance should be sent by T/T within 48hours after the auction date.

**If we could not confirm it within 48hours, We will take the deposit as "Loss cover fee",then sell the car again in market immediately.

After confirming the balance payment at us, We start to arranging the shipping process, then report the actual shipping schedule when we get it by shipping companies. All the shipping documents is sent by Air Postal Package Service(Basically EMS, DHL, Fedex needs additional 4,000JPY or more, depends on Customer country)

**In case of CIF terms, The Ocean B/L is availble "Surrendered" status.
