Payment

1.Do you accept Credit Card / Cheque / L/Cpayment?

No cheque, and L/C payment acceptable at us. Credit Card payment is acceptable only when you use PAYPAL payment, additional 8% paypal charge is required for Total F.O.B or C.I.F price.

2.Do you accept foreign currency payment? like paid by US$? Euro? G.B pounds?

Basicallly We accept "Japanese Yen" only. In case you want to send another currency, The total amount we will receive at our japan bank must be the same amount we ask you in JPY.
All the money transfered from abroad to our Japan bank is converted into Japanese Yen, Then We confirm the amount at our bank, all in Japanese Yen. So The amount you transfer is less than required amount in Japanese Yen, We ask you to pay the balance within 48hours We confirm it.

3.Why do you require "Bank transfer copy"?

To start to finding your target cars or trucks earlier before WE CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT AT OUR BANK ACCOUNT IN JAPAN. Generally Bank Transfer takes a couple of days, sometime an week or more.
However If we could confirm the Bank Transfer copy, We can know your deposit payment comes to our bank soon or later, then We can start our searching immediately. Once We get the bank copy, We are ready to bid the target cars, or trucks in auction immediately.

4.What is Bank charges or fees? We have to pay it?

Japan bank requires a several kinds of "Bank Fees" when the money transfered from abroad, a transaction fees, intermediate bank fees, currency conversion fees, etc.. All these fees are deducted from the amount you sent us, this means that We can't get the full amount of money We ask you. So We put the bank charge on the total amount.

Shipping

1.Can you inform us the shipping schedule??

Please contact the shipping company by yourself. The Shipping schedule is informed by the shipping company to us.
Basically RORO shipping is the Shipping services for "Japanese Brand new car shipping", Not for "Used cars shipping". Brand new cars shipping is 1st priority for Shipping companies, and if the sales are very good, It's very difficult to arrange "RORO shipping", depends on the port, the countries.
All the shipping schedule is informed by them, when they have enough space for "Used cars", it's out of our control, so For more details, Please ask shipping companies by yourself.
We arrange shipping as could as possible, earlier as possible, but please remind "Shipping" situations.

In case We have difficulty to ship cars by RORO, We can arrange more faster shipping, Container shipping arrangement, so If you would import cars constantly basis, Please ask this of us.

2.What kinds of Insurance available on "Ocean shipping".

F.P.A. terms insurance only available for Used vehicle. This insurance covers 110% of F.O.B amount when the vessel sink in the ocean. any other issues, "Stolen parts", "Damaged body", minor issues which happnes in transition is not covered by the insurance. and Like Full cover insurance is not available for "Ocean shipping".

General questions

1.I'd like to buy a car, or a truck as Individually??

yes, But Please make sure, research the vehicle importation rules, regulations by yourself prior to place an order with us. It's our of our control, and We can't give any specific advices your country importation rules, and we recognize you are familiared with them when we have enquiry by you.

Also Please remind that Our auction agent service is mainly for "Dealers, Car importers", sell cars, trucks at Whole sale price called as B to B deals, dealer to dealer terms and conditions, All the cars, trucks are not refurbished, reconditioned, 100% as is auction conditions, so If you would like to "Refurbished, or inspected cars, or trucks in mechanical factory", Please consult our parent company "MONKY'S INC JAPAN". They are the really rare Export Company who offer several kinds of services, Recondition, Refurbishement, Modifications, by their own factory.

2.I am a private custmer, and Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?

No warranties comes with any cars, and trucks purchased at japan auction houses. If you need warranty services comes with Used vehicles, or trucks, We recommend you to buy them at Local dealers, or Car shops who sell their cars with Warranty services in your area.
In Japan, Auction house is a dealing place only for "Liscensed , registered member dealer" , to sell and buy car "Whole sale Price", so Most of claims are not covered by auction houses, and We , dealer buy and sell cars, trucks at our responsibility. So If you would use our auction service, We recognize you as a dealer, Any warranty, Any claims are not welcomed at us. Please remind that "Buying car auction" is not same as "Buying car at car dealers, car shops".

3. Are "japanese used car, and trucks" really better than used cars in my country?

We have no idea what condition used cars, and trucks available in your country, but We can say these things clearly, and honestly...
1stly Odo Km of each vehicle is really lower than any other country. 2ndly Body and Interior clean than any other country, Lost of Car owner wash and polish their "Cars" at Coin wash service every sunday. 3rdly Cars, every 2year, commercial vans, trucks every 1year, have to pass Japan strict Shaken test.
Shaken test inspect cars fully, if need repairment, It can pass before "Repaired". this makes "Japanese Used cars, trucks" prettey good condition. Finally Most of Cars, trucks has miscenerous options at "Factory standards", like Power window, Power holding mirrors, Full auto air conditioner, after 1999year model mostly has very smart navigation with TV system, etc, etc....
Think of these, We have to say "Reasonable, Quality better used vehicles" than any other country used cars, trucks.
